Accommodation in Villa Swagman includes a Master Bedroom with Queen bed, wardrobes and cupboards.  The mid section accommodates two children in bunk beds, along with wardrobes and cupboards.  Finally, the living area has a lounge that converts to a double bed.

 The mid section of Villa Swagman contains a full bathroom which consists of a shower, toilet and vanity which are all serviced by a gas hot water system. The living area consists of a full kitchen with quality granite bench tops, a gas hob, convection microwave, dishwasher, extraction fan and a full size 2 door fridge/freezer.  The kitchen area is complemented by a wooden dining table with leather seating for 4 adults.  Also in the living area is a 3 seater leather lounge (this converts to the double bed) and 3 leather armchairs.  A desk/work station is also available at one of the leather armchairs.  The living area has a full entertainment system with the latest TV, Video, DVD and 6 stacker CD player.

 For the ultimate in comfort, the living area and bedrooms have air conditioning systems which provide both heating and cooling.

 Outside Villa Swagman, there is an awning with outdoor furniture (tables and chairs).  Under the awning (and on board Villa Swagman) is an outdoor entertainment centre consisting of bar fridge, radio and CD player, bar table and bar storage area.  Also outside, is a front loading washing machine and clothes drier. 

Villa Swagman is available for rental for anywhere from 3 nights up to 1 month.  The motor home is moved around the country at periodic intervals throughout the year, so you will need to contact the owners in order to find out where it is at the time you would like to rent it.  Villa Swagman is only to be moved by the owners.  Those renting it are not able to move it and must leave it in the position it was found.
